How does the Dreamcloud Everlong warranty work?
During the first 10 years as a Dreamcloud owner, the company will replace the mattress if there is a defect in the craftsmanship of the materials. This replacement is at no cost to the owner.
After the first 10 years, Dreamcloud will replace or recover the mattress. This requires the mattress to be sent to the company. Dreamcloud covers the cost of shipping. The replace or recover defects in materials and/or craftsmanship.
Only the original purchases may use the warranty. It is non-transferable. So, if the Dreamcloud mattress is no longer in your possession, the warranty is void.
Warranty claims must include a base or a bed frame.
The Everlong warranty does not include:
– Burns
– Stains
– Cuts/Tears
– Liquid damage
– Any type of neglect/abuse
Sagging less than 1.5” is expected with mattresses. This doesn’t affect the stability or the mattress support and is not covered under the warranty.
Don’t fret, however, because Dreamcloud takes care of their sleepers. Sagging greater than 1.5” is covered under the Everlong warranty.
